Chad Martin joined Stark & Associates in 2007. He has been exposed to over $500,000,000+ in real estate transactions across the US, Mexico and Canada. Two of his prior projects still have the highest performing sales records: The Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego and The Westin Verasa in Napa California. His career experience was established at Playground Destination Properties and then Sotheby’s International Realty.

The last four years Chad has been focused on market research and database marketing efforts to increase sales. His personal mission is to build the largest database of investors across the State of Nevada. Chad is a graduate from Western State College in 1999 with a dual degree in Business Administration and Industrial Psychology.  

When not growing the database of investors, you can find Chad at any one of the ski areas making laps or spending time with his wife, Janna, and his two dogs, Sampson and Lucy.
