Bradley J. Elgin joined Stark & Associates as a founding member. He is a member of Western Industrial Nevada (WIN), the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and the Northern Nevada Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.

Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2004, Brad held positions involving industrial sales & marketing, and hotel management. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in 1994 and a Master of Science in Hotel Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Brad was the original owner of the Little Gym of Reno, which he sold in the summer of 2005. He volunteers his time in the community working with High Sierra Industries, the AGC Community Awareness Program and CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada.
