C. B. “Bob” Schrimpf specializes in Nevada industrial real estate, including site selection for manufacturing and distribution.

Bob has thirty years experience as an executive with successful businesses in Northern Nevada. His background includes managing start up distribution center operations in Nevada for two nationally known companies as well as domestic and international distribution center site selection. Bob has detailed knowledge of the regional, national, and global transportation system that drives Northern Nevada’s growth as the preferred distribution point for the western United States.

Bob is a founding board member of the Nevada World Trade Council; twice appointed to United States Department of Commerce’s District Export Council; and selected as a “Nevada Ambassador” by Governor Bob Miller.
