C. B. “Bob” Schrimpf joined Stark & Associates in 2006. A licensed real estate sales person, Bob specializes in industrial warehouse, office, and land opportunities in Washoe, Lyon, Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, and Storey counties.

Bob has thirty years experience as an executive with successful businesses in Northern Nevada. His background includes managing start up distribution center operations in Northern Nevada for two nationally known companies as well as domestic and international distribution center site selection. Having managed logistics for the largest shipper in Northern Nevada, Bob has detailed knowledge of the regional, national, and global transportation system that drives Northern Nevada’s growth as the preferred distribution point for the western United States.

Bob is a founding board member of the Nevada World Trade Council; twice appointed to United States Department of Commerce’s District Export Council; and selected as a “Nevada Ambassador” by Governor Bob Miller.

When not exceeding customer’s site selection expectations, you can find Bob and his wife Karen working on their mini-ranch, or camping in Northern Nevada’s spectacular mountains with his children and grandchildren.
