Alandra N. Porrazzo joined Stark & Associates in January 2005, and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the State of Nevada, as well as a Notary Public. She assists the Broker and Associates with transactions and all day-to-day office activities including marketing material generation, listings management, as well as maintaining and managing the company’s contact management database.

Prior to joining Stark & Associates, Alandra was a commercial property manager out of the bay area in Berkeley, California and managed over 77,000 SF of multi-million dollar annual grossing storage property, while simultaneously running a major trucking hub for Penkse. Alandra was a top three district property manager and was recognized as District Property Manger for 2004 and also received an award from Penske for exceeding annual truck revenue expectations of over $160,000.

Originally from Sacramento, California, Alandra is an active second year member of Northern Nevada CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and was a runner-up for the prestigious CREW’s Deal of the Year Award 2007. Alandra is an active member of Reno Junior League, YPN (Young Professionals Network) of Reno, and CCIM of Northern Nevada. Alandra currently serves on C.A.R.E Chest of Sierra Nevada’s Executive Kidnap Committee and volunteers her time with High Sierra Industries, and Step2.
